Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:

The product was delivered in a damaged condition, OR
The wrong product was delivered

To request a return or exchange:

You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery
Share proper proof (images or unboxing video)

Conditions for Return

Returned products must meet the following criteria:

Product must be unused and unopened
Must be in original packaging
All tags, labels, and invoice must be intact
Product should be in saleable condition
Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds in the following cases:

Opened or used products
Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper application
Products returned without original packaging
Products not reported within 24 hours of delivery

Refund Policy

No refund will be provided once the product is sold, except in eligible cases (damaged/wrong product)
Once your request is approved, refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–21 business days
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable
Any shipping charges incurred on offers or free trials are also non-refundable
Jatajoot is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery
All return/exchange requests are subject to verification and approval
Eligibility Window

In general, a product may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery ONLY IF:

It is physically damaged, OR
It has missing parts or incorrect items, AND
The product is unused and packaging is unopened
